How to save an Instagram carousel album

Carousel posts (also called albums or galleries) can include several photos, several videos, or a mix. Instagram’s app does not give a simple “download all” button — ReelDownloader lists each public slide so you can save what you need.

Steps

1. Open the carousel post and copy the /p/... link.
2. Paste it into the ReelDownloader downloader.
3. Download each photo or video from the results list.

Mixed media albums

If one slide is an image and another is a video, you will see both types in the result cards. Photos usually save as JPG and videos as MP4.

When a carousel fails

Private albums, deleted posts, or incomplete shared links will not resolve. Make sure the post opens publicly, then retry. For basics, open the how-to guide.
